Multi-Variant Suffixes:
Of variants like “-i / -si”, which differ in beginning or not beginning with a vowel, the form which begins with a vowel is combined with stems which end in a consonant, and the form which begins with a consonant is combined with stems which end in a vowel. For example:
qelem + -i — qelimi (his pen)
meydan + -i — meydani (their square)
gewde + -si — gewdisi (his stature)
yaxshi + -si — yaxshisi (the good one/the best thing)
